At Seconline we aim to deliver your products in the most efficient time possible. From the point that your order is received and paid for our goal is to have that particular order dispatch from our Mudgee-based factory within five working days.

Seconline employees their own in-house web developers. They have developed cutting-edge technology so as to monitor all orders at all stations throughout the entire process from orders receivable to orders dispatched. Our developers have developed software called Lean Flow which monitors our manufacturing time precisely and can be viewed via any online Internet site. Their ability to be able to have absolute transparency with stock control, manufacturing, packaging and dispatch within their factory is the envy of factories worldwide.

For any of the above products that are ordered through the Seconline website, the fast and transparent manufacturer and dispatch becomes a standard priority for all of our products. If at any time and issue arises that would detain the dispatch of any product our customers are notified immediately as to the reason for this improbable delay and are then put into a high priority list whereby contact is made available either via email or direct phone call daily as to the progress of this delayed order. It must be noted that this is highly irregular and great attention is always given to any delays in dispatch times. 

Seconline use Star Track Express as their main Australia wide distributor. Once our products are dispatched to you our valuable customer we then immediately email you with a tracking number and a link through to the Staff Track Express website that enables our customers to track their products and have visual transparency of the exact whereabouts and of the expected delivery time.

As stated at Seconline our aim is to have your chosen and purchased products dispatched from our factory based in beautiful Mudgee located central west New South Wales within five working days.

The following is a guide only as to delivery times based on three years of monitoring actual delivery times. It must be noted that Australia is a very big place and some regional areas are not as well serviced as others.
