Ordering and having your Seconline Security Door delivered?

A lot of people contact the office of Seconline to ask the question regarding the difficulties of ordering a door online and having it delivered successfully to their chosen address. This is a very legitimate question.

Let me start with the presumption that you have measured your doors; for help in this regard please use our FAQ Page.

Now comes the part where you enter into the Seconline website your specific details regarding a particular security door or security screen. Located in the top navigation bar are six definite options to choose from. First of all there is the basic home option, next there is the screen door option followed by sliding screen door option, then the fly screen option, then the window screens or security grill option that is followed finally by the extras option. Clicking on any one of these will take you through to the next stage which is entering your input details into the correct positions.

Now by clicking the calculate total button you the price will adjust to include the additional items selected. Once you are happy to proceed select "Add to Cart" and you will be taken to the shopping cart to peruse your product information. Once you have checked everything select "proceed to Checkout" at this point you will need to enter your contact and shipping information and fill in all the associated fields. After you've completed this and checked that your information is correct, select "proceed to Payment". Then you will be given the option to either use a credit card or pay via PayPal. If you choose a credit card you will be required to put in your credit card details. If you choose PayPal you will be taken to your PayPal account and payment will be made within that site.

Now your order will be entered into our system and an email will be sent to you confirming your order. We ask you to check this email for accuracy as it will contain all of your specified and entered information. If there is any discrepancy please contact the office immediately; however, if everything is okay from your point of view there is no more to do but wait for your next email which will be on the day that we dispatch your order to Star Track Express. You will be sent an email with a con note number and a link to the estimated transit times.
