One of the most common questions we hear at Seconline is; how long will it take for you to deliver my product?

Let’s start from the beginning. Once you have made your product selection from our website and entered all your measurements, you will then go through to the shopping cart, make your purchase and submit your order. From this point based on it being a standard product and a standard colour, we would normally allow four to six working days to process your order. Once it is packaged ready for dispatch, you will then be emailed notification of the status of your order. In that email there be a connote number and a link to the Star Track website where you can from this point track your purchase on line.

Delivery will be then dependent upon your location. Eastern mainland states are usually one to three days. Adelaide, Perth and Darwin deliveries can be a little longer and regional areas may be additional to this. Again you will have access to tracking via Star Track's website. If at any point you are unable to track your purchase then we would encourage you to contact us and we would endeavour to track your purchase from our end.

At Seconline great consideration regarding packaging has been undertaken and at this point we are experiencing very little in transport damage, however, from time to time we do experience some minor damage. If you receive your product and it is not in the condition and there is obvious damage, then simply contact us and we rectify it immediately.
