Seconline have online support staff available to help you with your selections and any issues you may have regarding the purchase of any of the products on their website. Phone support is available between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Email support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week; however, you should expect to have replies answered during business hours. Online chat service is also available for direct answers to questions, again during business hours. The Seconline support desk staff are highly trained and very helpful; if an answer is not available via the person contacted then you will be contacted later for more technical support. Our goal is to ensure that you receive the appropriate information on the particular product you are wishing to purchase, and all of your questions are answered adequately. Seconline have a large range of security screening products. Window screening starts with basic fly screens which are either 9 mm or 11mm thick and come with standard fibreglass fly mesh, strong er Duraview mesh, Midge mesh or stainless steel mesh for bushfire rating. We also have Diamond + Fly mesh window grilles which are available in 11 mm thickness only.

Seconline also manufacture a security rated window screen which meets the Australian standard, it is bushfire rated to BAL40 and meets for Child Falls Prevention. This is the TOUGH Security Window Screen with 316 marine grade stainless steel mesh.

Seconline’s range of hinged and sliding security screen doors are available online; Diamond + Fly, PERF security, LOW_VIS Security in the TOUGH 316 marine grade stainless steel mesh; this particular door is also available with a wood grain finish and is made to look like Western Red Cedar to imitate a timber look whilst retaining the strength of aluminium.

All our doors have the option to upgrade to triple locking systems.

The Diamond + Fly range of doors has an option to upgrade from standard fibreglass fly mesh to the super tough Duraview mesh, mesh for keeping out very small insects or to stainless steel fly mesh.

All Seconline hinged and sliding doors have an option to have a pet door added and installed. We use exclusively Petway pet .
